New Year's Eve dinners in Brisbane 2026
A riverfront table is the most comfortable way to watch the Brisbane fireworks: no hunting for grass, no crowds, and a long dinner while you wait for midnight. Early sittings usually catch the family fireworks and cost far less, while late sittings take you through to the midnight show.

Booking tips
- Book early. Howard Smith Wharves and River Quay tables sell out well before December.
- Early sittings (about $99–$215pp) are the best-value way to get a river view.
- Ask whether your table is guaranteed a fireworks view or only the venue is.
- Allow extra travel time: road closures around South Brisbane start in the afternoon.
